『パンプキン・ライブ』は、東京都と公益財団法人東京都歴史文化財団が主催する文化の灯を絶やさないための芸術文化活動支援事業「アートにエールを！東京プロジェクト（ステージ型）」の支援を受け、ハロウィンの自粛が呼びかけられる中、少しでも楽しい時間を過ごしていただくことを目的に開催した。
